Waterfall Hikes Near Twin Falls, ID

Twin Falls is named for the twin drop on the Snake River east of town, still reachable by a half mile walk. Shoshone Falls is the headliner, 212 feet, taller than Niagara, best from March through May before irrigation draws the river down. Perrine Coulee pours 200 feet over the canyon rim within a half mile of parking. Auger Falls offers a 4.6 mile loop on the canyon floor, and dogs are welcome there and at most stops on this page. Thirteen falls, nearly all inside one canyon.
