Waterfall Hikes Near Pangburn, AR

Pangburn sits along the Little Red River below Greers Ferry Dam, and its three falls cluster north and west. Bridal Veil Falls at Heber Springs is the near one, a third of a mile of easy walking to a bluff-line drop. Bear Pen and Bailey Falls take more effort, about two miles each at a moderate grade, with Bailey gaining 200 feet. All three allow dogs. Thin pickings next to the deep Ozarks, so treat these as afternoon trips and go when the creeks have had rain.
